Fuck Cancer is a charity group working to change people's perceptions of cancer by changing the messaging around it. They are on a mission to save lives by spreading one simple message:90% of cancer is curable in Stage 1.Fuck Cancer has used education and storytelling to promote early detection through a number of campaigns, many of them based online. Fuck Cancer began as a way for Yael Cohen to help her mom, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009.
